HEC-RAS Bridge Encroachments

I am attempting to reproduce a HEC-2 floodway model that did not include encroachments through the bridge/culvert structures using HEC-RAS. When I manually enter the HEC-2 encroachment stations into HEC-RAS (using Method 1), it does not allow me to enter anything into the cells for the bridge/culvert sections. The program automatically places the encroachments in the BR US and BR DS sections when I run the model. The hydraulics reference manual (p. 9-7 and 9-8) states that the user can specify the encroachments through the structure or turn off the encroachments through structure entirely, but I cannot find a way to do that in the program... does anyone know the answer to this??
