Good Day

I have been busy trying to analyse a stormwater system.I can't figure out where I'm losing my track. My output shows that my 2yr storm can not go through the culvert, but 10yr storm can go throught. So strange,I have checked all my input parameters but in vain.

Could anyone help in this regard?I'm battling to figure out where the problem is.I hav attached my Hecras model files

There appear to be a few issues that could be causing this...

1. You have a lot of cross sections; several of your cross sections appear to have very similar geometries with very minor differences. If this is indeed the case, you likely do not need sections every 5 meters. For fairly uniform geometries you can often space sections every 40m+.

2. Several of your cross sections do not contain the flow; the right bank needs to be extended in many cases in order to contain the flow

3. You might add ineffective flow areas to your culvert. Information on this is contained in the HEC-RAS manuals.
