HecRas Encroachment analysis at bridge with pressure/weir flow negative surcharge

I am running an encroachmant analysis and there are two bridges with pressure/weir flow. I cannot get rid of negative surcharge within the bridge and I am getting 0.00 velocity within the bridge?
This is driving me crazy!
