I'm trying to recreate a helical lockwasher that was built from a couple of flanges. I can't figure out how these features were applied; I can't generate anything like the menu that I get when I edit the existing features (jpg attached). They started with an .001mm thick extrusion setting up the x-sec. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Of course, having the part file itself would be even better since you've already explained that you're getting an unexpected menu when you attempt to edit the model.
