Helical gears created using Toolbox

The values for pitch diameter and outside diameter are incorrect according to Machinery's Handbook Edition 24 page 1939. Anyone else come across this? Specifically: 18 tooth, 19.463 Helix Angle, 20 degree pressure angle, 2.0 nominal pitch. Thanks All.

I don't use Toolbox so cannot check. If you have another edition of Machinery's Handbook, double check that it wasn't just a typo. If Toolbox is incorrect you should notify SW for correction.

Checked another version of Machinery's including the cd rom version. The equations are incorrect and we are taking up with s/w.
