Helix with roundsel

Hi,

I want to draw a helix that you can find in the image but I don't know how to do it in siemens nx 7.5.

I can draw the helix but the round rings at the end I can't draw. This round things are neeedfull to connect it with another part so that the helix is parallel with a bar.
I folowed this link already:

So I hope someone can help me out.
