Hello,

1) What is a wind rose diagram ?
2) if i have the data for daytime visual meterological conditions,Direction and wind speed.What steps should i flow to make a wind rose diagram and then find out the orientation of run way.
3) Is there any free downloadable software avaible for this,is there any website which contains information about making wind rose diagram and orientation of run way..
4) i want to make an electronic model of it can i make it easily.
as iam a beginner so i have very little information.and if any one can provide me few basic steps that can help me a lot.

Hi!

To my knowledge, a wind rose is the "old-fshioned" way to describe directions:

North (0/360 degrees), South (180), East (90), West (270), North-West (315), South-East (135), North-Nort-West (335) etc.
