Hello all,
As per API 6A PSL 3 if my choke valve size is 4.1/16" x 4" x 4.1/16" then what will be ER & QTC size.
Please guide me to conclude the same.

The description you give is for a choke assembly so there will not be a single overall QTC size. QTC size depends on multiple factors including weight at heat treat, material size, material specification yield strength, material type and component thickness. Please see API 6A section six for detailed information on QTC sizing and determining equivalent round diameters.
