Good Morning to you all
We have two induction hardening machines where quite often bus bar getting short with body/earth.
We have ensured following:
1. Adequate flow and cooling of DM water
2. Teflon sheets in bus bar replaced in case of any wear etc to protect shorting of bus bar with body or earth
3. Power is maintained well within specified limits
4. Mounting of bus bars ensured
Request to suggest what else can be done please - we have one SCR based and one IGBT based induction hardening machine of 10KHz
