I'd like to know how the Nozzle Pro software isolates the primary membrane local stress contour as the one I've attached to the post. Is there any way I can extract the same contour in the software like Abaqus?

If you are using 3D-Shell elements, then you can directly plot the mid-plane (membrane) stresses. There are location limits that may be built into the NozzlePro that you would need to implement yourself. Whether or not the stresses are primary depends on whether the loads are load-controlled or strain-controlled. For that issue, please refer to paragraph 5.2.1.2 in VIII-2.
