I'm asked to duplicate the following problem. I don't know what steps I should take to simulate it. Please give me some guidelines!

[FEA way]

In Abaqus there's a special procedure for cyclic loading tests - direct cyclic step. There's also another procedure for that in newest releases - *Fatigue step, but this one has to be manually added as a keyword. Variation of the load within a cycle can be specified via amplitude definition. The rest is mainly material property definition.

Can you provide an example of how I can make the above displacement-force graph as an amplitude?

This graph shows the result of cyclic analysis. What you have to define as amplitude is something different. Check this thread for more details:

Also, check the documentation - it features some examples where direct cyclic procedure is used.
