HELP!!!! Disconnection Error When Using Rapid Surfacing

Hello again:

I've been trying to use the new operation in NX5 called Rapid Surfacing on a faceted model. However, I keep getting a "DISCONNECTED CURVES" error. Is there a parameter or minimum distance I can change to eliminate this error.
