Help - Flow vs Pipe/tube diameter for Laminar Flow?

Hi Guys,

Is there any reference/Formula that i can use to work out Pipe/tube size i need for a fluid power system with flow rate, say 100 Lt/min and 200 lt/min.
Are these sizes going to be different for SuctionPressure lines ??
