Help identify protection relay and user manual request

We have a pretty old circuit breaker in service and it has a protection relay that I am struggling to identify. I think it is an NVD relay, but not sure. It is a MVDT relay and I have attached a photo. Appreciate if anyone can confirm what it is and can send me a user nanual or point me to where can download. It us the RHS relay in the photo.
