Help Installing Draftsight

Hi, I have used Draftsight for a few years but last year I moved to a different city and changed my computer. It is a Dell Optiplex 780 with a 22 inch monitor. It's running Windows 7 X64 and has 8gb of RAM and a 2TB hard drive. I now need the program again but it won't install from the .exe file I have in Downloads. I downloaded the latest version from Dassault but still can't do it. I get the error shown in the screenshot attached.

Need some help here.
