HELP!. Journal C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5 compiling error

USING NX8.5

This line that cuase error in compiling is:
wp.SetUserAttribute("NativePartName", -1, p.Leaf & sfx_eh, Update.Option.Now)

The error is BC30456: 'SetUserAttribute' is not a member of 'NXOpen.Part'

The Imports are:

Option Strict Off
Imports System
Imports System.IO
Imports System.Collections.Generic
Imports NXOpen
Imports NXOpen.UF
Imports NXOpen.Assemblies
Imports System.Text.RegularExpressions

because when I comment it
'wp.SetUserAttribute("NativePartName", -1, p.Leaf & sfx_eh, Update.Option.Now)

The Journal compile OK(I get the DLL) (Notice:the .vb journal run ok)

The compile command line is

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5\vbc /libpath:C:\_VBC\managed /t:library /r:NXOpen.dll /r:NXOpen.Utilities.dll /r:NXOpen.UF.dll /r:NXOpenUI.dll

Any clue or hint ?

forgot to say that

USING NX8.5 NXOpen***.dll

The solution come from unexpected action.

I copied all the files from the ugii\managed directory to my compiling
directory and that solve!the problem.

I don't know how.
