HELP ME IDENTIFY SYMBOLS IN SLD

How about Legend - what does it say? Typically legend is part of the same SLD. In some cases, a common legend drawing is produced. You may like to verify.
To me, the (1) indicates motorised operating mechanism for circuit breaker and the (2) indicates capacitive voltage indicator.

Why the number 2 is placed upstream current transformers ? Why not downstream ?
It's guaranteed voltage indicator and doesn't matter where is located. I think it's construction features of GIS.
