Help Needed W/ Groove Feature - Frustrated

Greetings:

I have a model attached (NX11) where I installed a groove (was difficult to do when I did this originally). The groove is currently at part nominal (around perimeter) and is .100 wide. The groove now needs to be -.015 from part nominal, and the groove needs to be .25 wide overall. I've tried changing the thicken on this groove, and I get so many errors that I cannot hone in on how to fix. Can someone help me with installing this part perimeter groove?
