I think you need to be a little bit more clear with your question. I'm not a 100% sure what you are asking for.

Do you want an FEA solver that can model the non linear properties of steel, under various loading conditions?

If that's what you want:

Femap with Nx nastran; Ansys Mechanical; Altair Hyperworks are all worth checking out. Ansys, is by far the most user friendly.

i meant nonlinear dynamic analysis like timehistory analysis for steel building under earthquake loading

i have ETABS program but can't do nonlinear dynamic analysis

i'm searching for a nonlinear particular program

Okay. Non Linear transient solvers. Have a look at these programs. You can request a free demo and trial them until you find the software you are happy with.
