Hey all,
I'm wondering if there's a way in NX's Motion Simulation to reverse solve a system for a given input/desired output
I think of this similar to Excel's "Goal Seek" function in which you set a specific cell to a particular value by automatically changing another cell.
For example, I have a system that includes several linkages, and two springs. My goal is to get the two springs to behave in the same way (same compression at any given time). This is dependent on linkage lengths, mating angles, etc., and I have gotten close via guess and check, but feel like there's a better way.
Essentially, I would like to force the two springs displacements through some range to be equal by changing some specified sketch dimensions that define the linkage lengths/angles.
Thanks!
