Help selecting appropriate washer material

Dear Friends,
I'm looking for a specific material for washer (0.25mm thick). The washer should be conductive. The washer will be rotating over annealed 302 SS housing, 0.25mm thick.
Please suggest which materials/plating I should consider for minimum wear of the washer.

The application is not clear enough.
Why should the washer rotate?
Or that is only when fastening the nut?
You are not concerned with wearing of the casing?
Please explain.
