Help to design a patch antenna with Ansoft Designer

Hallo,
is there any Ansoft designer expert who can help me to design a patch antenna with a frequency of 2,45GHz. I made the design but I don't know how to make a planar waveguide to transmit EM waves to the antenna and then to simulate the design
