Help to ID an old wet valve please

I have an old wet valve I need I.D'd if anyone can help. Attached is a pic of the markings on the back. Unfortunately the pic of the front of the valve did not turn out but it has a large arrow cast into it. I've seen it before but I can't remember which inspection. It's a greeny gray with
