Good morning,
I need your help.
Two (hardener ss) metal cutt of blades ( V blade profiles) cutting/shearing copper wire in serial production. After 20k of cuts, for 1 day production, brand new blades are dulled/blunted. I think is to fast blunted.
Is there a possibility to estimate life of the new blade till they will dont cut hole wire x section?
I think all boundary conditions are known, same as gap between blades.
Do you think that additional some TiNi coat on blade will increae friction resistance?
In which way I can improve life of the blade?
Thank you for your any suggestion.
