Help with slot connections in assemblies

I designed a lifting device/clamping fixture a while back. I decided to model it with Wildfire 2.0 and simulate it as a mechanism. I am new to the mechanism features of Wildfire 2.0 and ended up running into a problem.

The deign has an inline pair of 15mm pins spaced 25mm apart that travel through a straight slot milled into the designs main body, each pin restrains forward and aft motion along the milled slot. For some reason I can't set up the connections in assembly for this part.

You might need to go into the original parts and create datum points in the pin parts and a curve in your base along the centre of the slot. You may often need to add extra geometry like this to simplify the mechanism definition.
