Hello,

I am an engineering student currently working on the design of a three-wheeler. I have put a GCON in the rear wheel (which can turn on its vertical axis (z) for direction) so that it "rolls" without slip (F=VX(rearwheel.cm,0,rearxheel.cm)=0), it doesn't actually roll but it goes forward without drifting sideways. Rearwheel is the marker in the centre of the rearwheel, and it's orientation always follows de rearwheel's.

I need to export this model to matlab (with the controls kit), with an output that gives the FX (along the marker "rearwheel.cm") that has been applied on the marker in order to make it follow the previously applied general constraint(velocity constraint).

Every time I try to assign this force to a state variable (F=FX(.....)), in order to make this variable part of the output in the plant export, i get a simulation error :"Operation not supported for VX(107,0,1079 (u:\source\adamscxx\src\assystem\AsMeasure.h:2176)". With 107 being the ID of the "rearxheel.cm" marker.
If instead of trying to output FX i try DX of the same marker, no error occurs and it goes well, so the only problem is with the force!!

I have also tried assigning a measure of "Force on point", which gives correct graphic results for the force when i create it, but on creation the measure is deactivated and if I activate it manually the graphic results for the measure change and I get a flat graph, with the values of the vertical axis always on zero, so when i assign this measure to a state variable the output is always zero.

Please, if you know something about it help me or tell me who to ask. Thank you!

Clara
