help with this error in pls-cadd.

I want to do a Line Optimization in psl-cadd, and after some steps I get the following error: "unable to open c:\users\xxx\appdata\roaming\pls\temp\pls-cadd\xxxx\allspans.txt Could you please help me?

I mostly use the structure programs, but the screen shot you posted is from PLS-CADD Lite which IIRC is only one structure and does not do Optimum spotting. Contact tech support at PLS and they will tell you the whole story.
