Help with Thread spec

HI Guys,
I have a part that we need to make, the print is asking for this:
7.36-24UNS 2 L.H.PD 0.2629 inch 0.2677 inch
Our factory is asking the following: 'the annex "2" implies class 2 or double leads thread'?
I've searching but until now no luck; can any one help me out with this?

Have you looked in ASME B1.1?
