Hemholtz theory?

I cannot remember how to calculate frequencies using hemholtz resonator....volume-choke-volume, for reciprocating natural gas compressor's. I am trying to size some pulsation bottles and a choke tube. Any help would be appriciated.

i did find that but i was hoping for some more specific. on natural gas compressor's. I think I canmake this work okay though.
