HEY GUYS I'M WANT TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BTW JOINT EFFICIENCY AND LONGITUDINAL & CIRCUMFERENTIAL SEAM EFFICIENCY IN PV DESIGN.

I want to know that too. I usually ask questions when I want to know something. Declarative statements and all caps tend to elicit snarky and non-responsive responses. Were I you I'd red flag this thread and ask management to delete it and start over.

"Prejudice" is having an opinion not supported by the preponderance of the data.
"Knowledge" is only found through the accumulation and analysis of data.
 
No practical difference, consult your Code of construction.
