Hey RF guys: where can I find microwave absorptances for finishes?

Folks-

Does anyone know where I can go to get hemispherical microwave reflectances (or absorptances) for various outdoor finishes e.g. paints, anodize, irridite? I have an alumininum surface and I'm trying to quantify the sky radiation heating.
