I need some information for simulating Q3236 PLL. Is there any available simulator for this IC? At the end I want to design a synthesizer.

I want to be able to simulate its performance, and to be able to lock it with the desired frequency.

Where can I find its data sheet? Who is the manufacturer
and what is its WEB-site ?

Do you have the specs you want to satisfy?
WHAT is the desired frequency, fr.range, response, etc?

If you want help, you must give as much info as possible
At least do you know the data of the systhetizer ?

Thanks for your attention.

I need to desing a synthesizer for operating in to band 1.1-1.3 and 2.2-2.4. Q3236 is a PLL Ic which is designed by Qualcomm factrory. Its advantages is its having very low phase noise.

It may have low noise but it won't go higher than 2G.
