Hi Everyone and Merry Christmas!

I'd like to know if it is possible to maintain proper tension on the wire mesh fabric without brace or tension bands. Is it possible to weld the fabric to the top, bottom and vertical pots as indicated on the attached sketch? Are there any technical standards which allow the welding of wire mesh fabric to the posts?
