hi everyone!
i have a question about Chinese code for design of concrete structures "GB50010-2002", how is the effect of ductility on seismic demand accounted? in ASCE/SEI 7-10 (US) there is "Response modification factor (R)" accounting for ductility which is applied to the structural capasity, what about the Chinese Code?
