Hi everyone. I have a question.

In our tandem seal arrangement, NDE primary seal vent flow is very low, but DE primary seal flow is ok. Could you suggest any idea, what happened to our seal gas system??

a)Check if there is some blockage in the pressure equalisation - balance line between discharge and suction
b)Check that seal gas supply is operating on dPIC or on flow control to each side preferably; pressure control may cause different flows to DE and NDE sides.
