Actually, I want to know is OLED display Module|maclight China compatible with Arduino?

Only if someone makes a library to drive it or you create one yourself. Given the limited number of suppliers it may take a lengthy search to find a library that is compatible.

Also - it does not appear to be an OLED -

You might look to see what the driver chip is and see if there is a library that mentions that chip.
