I am learning Plaxis with an older version.

Why does Plaxis lift the model when the reservoir is full?

Your pore pressure distribution should look something like the below. Make sure you set your pore pressure calculation type to steady state groundwater flow. This is all discussed in Plaxis tutorial 7
