I have calculated the settlement until the surcharge is removed.
In the figure, there shows an elastic response of soil once the surcharge is removed.
How can you calculate the settlement just after the surcharge is removed(because the settlement is less than the settlement just before removing the surcharge.)
I have calculated the settlement with koppejan formula.

I usually plot all settlement on a semi-log chart. Then the settlement usually is a straight line. The "current" chart plot for settlement with surcharge time is then extrapolated out to 75 years. If that current settlement is compared to one long term with no surcharge,you can decide to remove the surcharge.
