Is aluminium IFR suitable for storing low sulphur crude oil. And which type of seal is suggested? Polyethylene,Polyurethane or foam seal?

An aluminum floating cover should be OK in low sulphur crude oil, try to get "marine grade" alloys exposed to the liquid, I prefer a mechanical shoe seal primary and the same as a secondary but a liquid-mounted seal will give you better emissions if you get the one that is protected from wear against the tank shell.
