does any have a hi pressure gas line sizing chart, or do you know where to get one?

what do you mean by high pressure? 50 psig or 500 psig or what? and what is application: residential, distribution or transmission gas line? you could use barlow's equation (or hoop stress) formula knowing the expected line pressure.
