Hi,
We have an application in which:
Fluid : C4
Temperature: -100°C ( minus)
Suction press: 31 bar
Discharge press: 34 bar
Seal: single, PN: SE04AA16A
Pump: Sundyne, LMV-801@ 3000 RPM
Problem: considerable leakage time to time.

Is there any idea to resolve the seal condition?

You should give the forum members more information such as what troubleshooting actions have already taken place and the results of those actions. What is the time between failures/leaks being noticed?

It could be the pump operation issue or the type of the mechanical seal issue.

Suggest to contact the pump vendor or the local mechanical seal expert to study your pump and provide a fix for your equipment.

For C4 and above Hydrocarbon Double seal is recommended.

For this application I will recommend Double Face to Face Seal with API Plan 53 C
