How can I hide thread notes and other cosmetics on parts and assemblies? I could supress the feature that the note is referencing, but I would lose mates.
There is a dialog box under VIEW that has a view notes option this is the same dialog box to view planes. Also, you may be able to create a layer for cosmetic threads.
