High dielectric ceramics

Looking for good advice for a good spark plug insulator, that I can cast/form with minimal specialized machinery.

These are just two of many that can provide you with something approaching what you need. A normal spark plug insulator is a high fired ceramic that is hard to duplicate.

If you cast items make sure that you have a way to de-gas them. A few small bubbles will cause significant issues with dielectric.
In general the Alumina based materials have the best dielectric properties.
