i have rewired an extrusion machine and having problems with frequency. The power source frequency is 60 hertz. The reading on L1-L2 and L1-L3 is 60 hertz but L2- L3 indicates 190 hz. Hoping someone can help me and enlighten me on what to do. thanks

Nothing to worry about. There are some harmonics disturbing your frequency measurement. 180 Hz (third harmonic) is more probable than 190 Hz. Do you see 180 also?

Any other problems with the extruder?

Half full - Half empty? I don't mind. It's what in it that counts.

What kind of instrument are you using to measure frequency?

Of course when troubleshooting, oscilloscope or waveform captures sometimes helps sort things out.
