High Grip Rubber?

I need a material where, imagine when you press your finger with force on the surface and try to glide your finger across the surface, your finger is stuck in place (when applying pressure). Once you release the pressure, you can easily glide your finger across the surface.

Any help to locate a product / item like this is greatly appreciated!

Have you looked into any of the butyl rubbers?
