Interested in contact information of pump manuafcturers who offer piston or gear pumps with pressures to 10,000 psi (700 bar) and flows less than 0.75 gpm.

The hydraulic referral was a good one, but if this is a process fluid application, there are other pump types and sources of good information. Your flow rates are in the range of what would also be referred to as metering or proportioning pumps. These pump styles have very precise flow characteristics, along with the ability to vary the pump flow rate, either manually or with automatic controls, in response to a process signal.
