I have the exact problem. I want to capture high quality image with View->Section. But I get the image of full model. Can you explain to little more details how to acheive that? I am new to NX modelling.

What function are you using to 'capture' the High-Quality Image?

If you read the posts in the thread you referenced carefully you will see that the best that you can do is to use something like Studio or True Shading mode if you're using dynamic sectioning to show your cutaway mode. If you're looking for some more photo-realistic you will need to actually section the model using a boolean operation to remove, at the assembly level, that portion of the model that you wish to have removed and THEN create your photo-realistic image.

Thanks for the reply. I am trying use view -section and t hen view-visualisation-high quality image tool to capture the image. With true or studio setting I am not able to get the section view image. I am using NX6.

As has been explained, the View Section tool is not compatible with the High Quailty (AKA Photo-Realistic) rendering. If you want to a photo-realistic rendering of a 'sectioned' model, you have to actually physically SECTION the model using modeling operations such as Boolean Subtract, Trim or some other operation which removes from the model that part of it which you wish to not be seen.
