high resistance grounding equipments

With respect to 480 VOLT, 60 HZ, high resistance grounding system, do we have to take special care while specifying Motors?
Does the insulation needs to be specified in order to withstand the over voltage due to first ground fault? or is it inherent in motor design of reputed manufacturers like WEG, Baldor etc..
