Good day!
I'm looking for a company which can make a custom Asynchronous motor with our parameters to test it.

We are satisfied with these motor parameters:
Asynchronous motor
Motor rated Voltage: 220VAC
Rated power: 4.2-4.5KW
Max Power: 4.5KW
Rated speed: 20000rpm-22000rpm
Max speed: 22000rpm
Insolation grade: H
Duty type: S1
Installation: B35
Cooling: Air cooling

The diameter of the shaft should be about 35-40mm.
At the moment we will need 2 identical motors.

Or a spindle motor.

An AC induction motor cannot operate any faster than 3000RPM on 50Hz or 3600RPM at 60Hz. So to accomplish this you will need a VFD capable of running at >300Hz. To make that work right, the motor must be designed to provide you with the torque you need at that frequency range, in addition to the special bearings and cooling needed. This is generally referred to as a “spindle motor” when researching vendors. Spindle motor suppliers will usually custom make whatever you need.

The other type of high speed AC motor (as Keith mentioned) would be a “universal motor”, but it is tare to see them in that kind of power range.

Jeff; They're using asyncs fed with +300hz for most front loaders now. They then gear them way down using serpentine belt drives so they only end up with 800~1200rpm drum speeds

The typical power for the motor in a washing machine for household use is only 500..800 W. These motors are manufactured in large quantities on fully automated equipment. So little chance find a solution with this approach. A supplier of spindle drives might be a better choice. Try to find someone who offers motor and inverter. This will save you a lot of work.
