Hi, I'm working on a high-temp project. The fluid in our system loop is liquid, the temperature can go up to 800C. I want to measure one location pressure drop, which is about 100~300 Pa from the design. Does anyone know what kind of pressure transduces can be used and who can supply this tansducer?

that is a installation not a manufacturer issue, consult any of the common instrumentation handbooks. 800C is not particular difficult issue in an of itself.

I agree with hacksaw. You'll use piping to get your transducer away from the heat, and possibly a radiant shield.

Best to you,

Of course the piping standoff are the easiest way, but if you want extra protection or cannot get away from the heat then water cooled pressure sensors are also available. You can even get them as differentials and with amplifiers.

The only problem is the low range. You could probably get a 3kPa full scale unit.

Three feet of impulse tubing will drop the temperature to near ambient.
